Expert athletes know you achieve far more when you train with others, and under the watchful eye of a coach. STtrainer Training Groups provide a great value to fit your coaching budget. We offer personalized attention, high quality workouts, and motivational accountability. Group camaraderie supports and challenges you. For one low price you can attend multiple workouts per week.

Training Group Categories:
WOMEN'S TRIATHLON TRAINING GROUP
Meets Thursday 10AM-Noon. This group is for females at all ability levels ranging from beginner-intermediate. Train for YOUR goals, at a time that is convenient to YOU.
CYCLING TRAINING GROUP Starts June 1. Mondays from 5:30-6:50am. Workouts will consist of intensity sets and drills. Ride leaves from Baptist promptly at 5:30am.
TRIATHLON LEVEL 1Ongoing. Meets Tues 6:00-8:00pm. Ongoing, next block begins June 2. This is the premier training program for beginner triathletes in the Nashville area. Expect to learn ALL the fundamentals necessary to excel at the sport of triathlon.
NAVY SEALS Ongoing. Meets Tues/Thurs 5:30-7:00am. 2009 Navy Seals will consist of intensity running, swimming, and strength training workouts. This class is perfect training for half marathon, marathon, and triathlon training; or for non-endurance athletes interested in advanced fitness training.
FUNDAMENTALS OF SWIMMING(class w/DVD) Ongoing, next block begins June 1. Meets Wednesdays 6:30-7:45pm. This class combines the structure of the Fundamentals of Swimming DVD Program with the watchful eye of a swim coach.
TRIATHLON LEVEL 2 Ongoing. Meets Thurs 6:00-8:00pm You have taken lessons and practiced improved form for swimming, but have you applied this mindset to your running? Outcomes include endurance, speed, efficiency, and reduced injury risk.
MIND BODY STRENGTH AND STRETCH On hold until October 2009. Meets Mon 5:30-6:30AM and Thurs 5:30-6:30pm (Baptist). To be well-rounded healthy--and to reach your endurance potential--you need requisite strength and flexibility. We will also practice sports breathing and mental focus ("mind-body.")
BIG SPIN CYCLING TRAINING. On Hold until November 2009. Why spin when you can BIG SPIN? This is road/triathlon cycling taught by expert athlete/coaches following appropriate periodization. These sessions will sometime include transitions (swim, run) and functional training intervals.
