These are Dynamic Training Plans. They will take a little thinking on your part to fully implement but this process will make you a better athlete. These are fully flexible to integrate workouts with STtrainer as well as other training groups you may participate with. Remember keep the big picture in mind and use good strategy for choosing what workouts you do.
