STtrainer Tri Diet

If you want to reach your fitness potential you need to cover all the bases, and this includes nutrition.  STtrainer athletes receive nutrition coaching with support from MariEtta Parish, Board Certified Sports Nutritionist.  

Competitive athletes receive nutrition coaching to bring about your BEST PERFORMANCE on race day.

Beginning and recreational participants receive a program that incorporates the following elements:
  1. Reasonable endurance (swim/bike/run) training  with an emphasis on fun.
  2. Strength training for lean muscle development and toning.
  3. Nutrition coaching for weight loss.
All STtrainer-coached athletes receive access to the Tri Diet resources.
